Lauren and I have made a goal together. We are exercising and eating healthy. Maybe it is somewhat about weight loss, maybe some of it is about a healthier lifestyle. Either way, we are doing it together. This makes it easier for support and to keep going! I don't have an active lifestyle anymore. I don't do cheer like I used to in jr. high, and I stopped dancing in classes and teams. I realise that I am not big, but I have gained a little weight, and lost muscle. Well, I have been doing this for about two weeks and let me tell you: I see improvements already! I have gotten stronger, and have more stanima. (and dropped a few pounds!)
